The listed companies offer work to people that stay at home mainly because it is less expensive for them to outsource this work than to set up a workplace for someone which requires more expenses for them as far as equipment, space and general overhead. You can usually negotiate what you wish to get paid because these companies and employers are using your time, equipment and energy. Whether it’s being called virtual assistants, at home secretaries, or whatever name is chosen, consider yourself a valuable asset for them. They have positions such as data entry, telesales, telemarketing, placing advertisements, making outbound or accepting inbound calls and much more. It will be up to you to send in your resume and keep them updated on your skills and your home office equipment (type of phone line, programs on computer, version of operating system, FAX, printer, etc.).
